The Product Owner is also a project’s key stakeholder who is responsible for how the outcome is shaped from a project. This is quite similar to the Product Management Role. Just like platform owners, there is a separate role that can be termed as the Portfolio Owners. Portfolio Owner has bigger responsibilities.
