But we need to start to understand how business agility is different from team level agility. What about, well, they want to do a dev ops transformation?

So I don’t care if you use Scrum to do that, but it wasn’t giving us the business benefits that we want. I want to make sure that we have money in the bank and that we can pay our bills and that everybody’s getting an education. Sometimes it gets lumped into the idea of moving to the cloud or digital transformation.
