Podcast with Alison Jones and writing The Business Analysis Handbook

By | 16/12/2019

This is a recent podcast I did with Alison Jones.  I did a 10-day Business Book Proposal Challenge with her and this helped me to get a publishing deal and write “The Business Analysis Handbook:  Techniques and Questions to Deliver Better Business Outcomes“.

The full transcript can be found on her website here or you can listen using the embedded attachment below.

She asked me questions on what inspired me to write the book, what business analysis is and what I wanted to achieve from writing it.  Hope you enjoy listening to it.

The book was recently shortlisted at the Annual National Project Management Institute (PMI) awards in the literature category as a contribution to project management.  This shows how wide an area business analysis covers.
