The event is free for delegates and gives them a chance to network with like minded project professionals, explore exhibitors and attend insightful presentations.  This is the UK’s leading event for Project, Programme, Process and Resource Management. The event will be held at the @QEIICentre in Westminster, London on 27th April 2023.

Helen Winter from Business Bullet will be one of the speakers presenting.  Her talk will cover Target Operating models and how they can be designed to keep up with the pace of change.  The presentation will cover factors that influence a target operating model and techniques that companies can adopt to keep up with the pace of change.

Learning outcomes are:
