How Career Paths Have Changed: Pursuing Success Through Lifelong Learning

About the Webinar

In the past, many people aspired to a lifelong career with one employer, with a series of promotions leading to a comfortable retirement. Today, the shape of a successful career is very different: it may include a variety of employers and pivots to new areas of work. The one new constant in career development is lifelong learning that prepares you for whatever challenges and changes may come your way.

Join us on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at 9 PM IST (8:30 AM PDT / 11:30 AM EDT) for a career webinar with Anil Santhapuri, Director, Learning, and Development for CGI APAC  He’ll discuss why and how the importance of lifelong learning to career development has grown.

  • The shape of the new “ideal” career
  • Why agility and adaptability are vital
  • The need for both breadth and depth of skill sets
  • How to develop the habit of lifelong learning

The live webinar will include a Q&A with Anil. (If you register and can’t make the live webinar, we will send you a link to the recording after the event.)
